Biographie de l'auteur

Kim Heldman, PMP, has over 15 years experience in IT project management. She is the Chief Information Officer for the Colorado Department of Natural Resources and is a member of the Denver chapter of PMI.

Claudia Baca, PMP, is an independent project management consultant and trainer who provides project management.

Patti Jansen, PMP, is a project management consultant and trainer in the telecommunications industry. She also teaches at Colorado State.
