Bill Heldman is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT). He is a senior NT administrator for a large teleco in Denver, Colorado.

Lona Cram, PMP, is a senior project manager, management executive, and independent consultant and instructor. She is also a member of the Project Management Institute for the Denver Chapter in Colorado.
