As their design portfolio and following grew, it paved the way for the launch of their e-commerce brand, McGee & Co., two years later. With a vision that beautiful design can be approachable, they have become one of the leading innovators in the interior design industry. Their firm has become a premiere online retail destination and continues to share their light-filled aesthetic with millions.

Shea McGee is Chief Creative Officer and Co-Founder of the design firm Studio McGee and the home and lifestyle brand McGee & Co. She is also the bestselling author of several books—including The Art of Home, Make Life Beautiful, and her debut cookbook Around the Table.

Shea’s path to launching Studio McGee in 2014 began years earlier, when she pivoted her career in public relations to interior design and tackled the renovation of her and her husband Syd’s first home in California.
