Robert Waggoner is the former president and active member of the International Association for the Study of Dreams (ISAD) and a graduate of Drake University with a degree in psychology. A lucid dreamer since 1975, over the past forty years he has logged more than a thousand lucid dreams. He is an international speaker and coeditor of the quarterly publication, The Lucid Dream Exchange.
