The late Jean Gould O'Connell was the daughter of Chester Gould. She contributed to her father's Dick Tracy storylines and appeared as a character in the famous comic strip. She helped create the Chester Gould-Dick Tracy Museum in Woodstock, Illinois. She lived in Geneva, Illinois.
