Biographie de l'auteur

Steve Ilg, coach to dozens of multisport championship athletes, was dubbed "the world's fittest human" by Ultra-Cycling magazine. A frequent contributor to outdoor and health magazines, he has twice appeard on the cover of Outside. Currently, he splits his time between racing bikes in New Mexico and working with private clients in Los Angeles. He lives in Tarzana, California, where he owns the High Performance Yoga Studio and runs his Wholistic Fitness online training program (www.wholisticfitness.com). He is the author of Be-Good-to-Your-Body Therapy (currently in thirteen languages), The Outdoor Athlete, and The Winter Athlete.
