He is the coauthor (with Fottler) of Challenges in Health Care Management (Jossey--Bass, 1990). He lives in Lubbock, Texas MYRON D. FOTTLER is professor and director of the PhD program in administration/health services at the University Alabama, Birmingham where he resides.
