Biographie de l'auteur
Radhika Girisan is an instructional designer and a technical writer by profession. She has been in the content development industry for over six years developing books, white papers, instructor-led training programs, and e-learning material on various technologies for Sun Microsystems, Microsoft, Computer Associates, Pearson Technology Groups, PeopleSoft, Hitachi Data Systems, and NETg.
Tanuj Jain has over seven years of experience with designing, setting, and maintaining enterprise-wide solutions based on different architectures. His main focus has been on enterprise systems architecture, system performance monitoring and tuning, and OS technology. Tanuj has worked on different flavors of Unix such as Solaris, SCO, Linux, and HP-UX. He has provided security solutions and also designed and implemented mass storage solutions for various clients such as ITE Singapore, Vizzavi Europe Ltd., Sun Microsystems, NTT, RPG group, and NIIT Ltd. Tanuj is a Microsoft Certified Professional and a Certified Novell administrator.
