Biographie de l'auteur

Dennis Maione (MCSE, MCT), who authored the best-selling first edition of this book, is the President and lead consultant at Ikthuse Consulting. Prior to launching his own consulting service, Dennis was a full-time trainer with PBSC Computer Training Centres, the largest Canadian CTEC. He has a computer science degree and 16 years of experience programming and administering networks in a variety of environments.

Ed Tittel, Series Editor of the Training Guide Series and the Exam Cram2 Series, runs LANWrights, Inc., a training and writing firm that specializes in networking, computer security, and markup languages. He has written or contributed to more than 100 books on various aspects of computing.
