Martha Earnhardt is the wife of racing pioneer Ralph Lee Earnhardt, the mother of the legendary Dale Earnhardt, and the grandmother of racing great Dale Earnhardt Jr. By cooking over a thousand meals a year, Martha became an expert at whipping up dishes to satisfy her growing family. Meals weren't just food for the Earnhardts--they were a time to reconnect, to share, and to appreciate good company. Martha lives in Kannapolis, North Carolina. Carol Gordon Bickford is the mother of racing great Jeff Gordon. She and her husband, John, have been actively involved in the racing world for more than thirty years. And during this time Carol has taken pride in giving her family the love, attention, and good food it needs. A busy mom and grandmother, Carol has just opened her own store that offers an eclectic and artistic collection of furniture, home accessories, and jewelry. Carol and John live in Concord, North Carolina.
