GORDON WADSWORTH is President of Financial Aid Information Services, which helps families with budgeting and credit reduction strategies. After studying advertising and journalism at the University of Iowa and spending two years as a writer and photographer in the military, Gordon returned to college and graduated from San Jose State University. An accomplished speaker, he has addressed thousands of people facing financial challenges, including parents planning for their students' college finances. He is a licensed minister and has also spent nearly 20 years working with prison inmates in both state and federal institutions. Gordon is author of Cost Effective College and The College Trap.
