Hardcover. Etat : Fine. Etat de la jaquette : Very Good. 1st Edition. 242pp. NAP. Dark blue boards with brilliant silver lettering on spine; very minor bump to top right front cover corner; small tear to inside rear cover hinge near middle (odd, perhaps incurred during artifact manufacture: NO harm to tightness of binding). Shiny dark blue dustwrapper not price-clipped ($6.95) with title and author name in orange letters across top front cover, above black and white photo-illustration of Henry Moore sculpture of seated parents and child, "Family Group"; cover and spine corners rubbed; color rubbed off in lines down front cover right edge, spine right edge (at front cover gutter), and barely intermittently down spine left edge; some general minor rubbing away blue from covers (as if rubbed against books adjacent to it on the storage shelf): describes so much worse than it is, but there you have it: Now in Brodart mylar which pardons all sins graciously. The dw did its job well of protecting the book. Binding still tight; corners essentially sharp; clean text. Book looks Unread. Previous owner name and address at top right ffep. Two pertinent news items laid in: "Herman, the test-tube stud: Dutch approve fatherhood for genetically altered bull" (Reuters, 12-18-92) and Michael Keegan's "Scientist endorses gene map, But raises concerns about the Genome Project" [Paul Silverman, speaking at Ell Center ballroom on Dec. 1, 1992], "Voice", Vol. 4, No. 7, 12-10-92.
