Oliva Blanchette is professor of philosophy at Boston College. His other books include The Perfection of the Universe according to Aquinas and Philosophy of Being: A Reconstructive Essay in Metaphysics for which he received the John Findlay Prize for Best Book in Metaphysics from the Metaphysical Society of America.
