New to this edition are: more accessible coverage of Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM), an effective tool for helping groups make choices, so that this technique can be used without a mainframe computer; and, at the end of each chapter, a `step-by-step', detailed description written from the perspective of the reader as facilitator.
