À propos de l?auteur

H Lorraine Radtke is Associate Professor of Psychology at The University of Calgary. She teaches graduate and undergraduate courses on social psychology and the psychology of gender. Her current research focuses on young adults′ discourse on knowledge, their roles in the processes of creating and acquiring knowledge and their experiences in educational settings. Another project involves an analysis of the relationships between mothers and sons.

Henderikus J Stam is Professor of Psychology at the University of Calgary. His research and teaching interests focus on the historical and theoretical foundations of psychology. In particular, he is interested in the nature of embodiment and the discursive practices of everyday life that form the basis of psychological categories. He is the editor of the journal Theory & Psychology and co-editor of the first and third volumes of Recent Trends in Theoretical Psychology.
