Kisco, New York and Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. She is the author or co-author of more than a dozen book chapters and articles for professional journals.

Nicholas Bakalar is the author or co-author of eleven health books, including Understanding Teenage Depression. He lives in New York City.
