SEC Corporate Disclosure Reforms: Compendium is a comprehensive reference covering SEC rulemaking under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act that require enhanced and more timely disclosure of information important to investors. The title will cover: --Acceleration of periodic reporting and website access to corporate reports. --CEO/CFO Certification requirements. --Form 8-K changes transforming 8-K into the vehicle to fulfill the mandate of Section 409 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, which requires companies to disclose additional information concerning material changes in their financial operations on a ``rapid and current basis (essentially, real time disclosure).
