Synopsis

Perinbanayagam rassemble pour la première fois les écrits de G. H. Mead et de ses disciples, qui étiquettent leurs efforts « interactionnisme symbolique », et les développements récent dans les études philosophiques et anthropologiques de l'esprit et du sens. Grâce à son large analyse, il démontre la pertinence sociologique de Chomsky, Derrida et Searle et particularise leurs contributions à un cadre théorique plus complet.
