Gigi Davidson is the Director of Clinical Pharmacy Services at the North Carolina State University, College of Veterinary Medicine where she has practiced veterinary pharmacy exclusively since 1983. She is a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Hospital Pharmacists and spends her days providing clinical pharmacy service, mentoring veterinary and pharmacy students, and conducting drug–related clinical research in the many veterinary species. Her passion is the safe and effective use of drugs in animal species.
Donald C. Plumb is now retired from Director of Pharmacy Services at the Veterinary Teaching Hospital, College of Veterinary Medicine, University of Minnesota where he practiced veterinary pharmacy for over 20 years. He is the author of Plumb′s Veterinary Drug Handbook, now in its Sixth edition.
