He is the president of Water Globe Consulting which provides independent engineering advisory services to the desalination and water reuse industry. Mr. Voutchkov is an active member of the WateReuse Association - Desalination Committee; the American Water Works Association - Desalination and Membrane Process Committees; the American Membrane Technology Association, and the International Desalination Association.
