Synopsis

When her parents get divorced, a little girl is worried about many things, including how she will celebrate the Jewish holidays in two different households. The holiday of Passover gives her a chance to celebrate separately with each parent. Over the course of three years and six seders, she and her family work to adjust to this new world, creating happy new lives and new family traditions.

À propos de l'auteur

Mindy Avra Portnoy is the author of several books, including Where Do People Go When They Die? and Matzah Ball: A Passover Story. She is a graduate of Yale University and was ordained at the Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion. She is the Rabbi of Temple Sinai in Washington, D.C.<br /><br />Valeria Cis was born and raised in Argentina, where she still lives with her son, Facundo, daughter, Olivia and husband, Sebastian. Valeria studied fine art at the University of Humanities and Arts in Rosario, Argentina.
