Présentation de l'éditeur

Who, if completely honest about it, can deny that there is something in one's own life to fit the description of addiction? For most of us, if not all, there is something to which we relate as though we cannot do without it. Instead of comparing our lives negatively with those of famous addicts, real or fictional, attentive to all the ways we are not like 'them,' we need to develop an eye for the ways in which we are all too like them. We need to let the light of their experiences illuminate our own lives, permitting us to see the addiction present in ourselves. This is an exact reprint of the original book first published in 1993.
