Maryann Godshall, MSN, PhD (candidate), CNE, CCRN, CPN is an Assistant Professor at DeSales University in Center Valley, PA, and is a CCRN in Pediatric Intensive Care (PICU) at Lehigh Valley Hospital Center, Allentown, PA. At DeSales University, Ms. Godshall teaches pediatrics, nursing research, Health & Physical Assessment, Nursing Concepts, Evidence Based Practice and Senior Seminar (2005 - present). Her responsibilities at DeSales include syllabus development, course structure, and administration of all grads, in-hospital clinical instructions, organization of lab & hospital orientations for students, orientation of pediatric adjunct faculty, implementation and facilitation of pediatric simulation experience. Previous teaching experience and clinical instruction has been at Cedar Crest College (Allentown, PA), Northampton Community College and Lehigh Co. Community College. In addition to Ms Godshall's clinical PICU experience at Lehigh Valley Hospital, she has worked in Pediatrics, Pediatric Home Care, and Medical Surgical Telemetry in a variety of hospital settings. She has published eight journal articles and has three presentations and three poster presentations to her credit.
