Few New Testament scholars of recent decades have set the pitch for academic discussion and debate in their field like N. T. Wright. N. T. (Tom) Wright is bishop of Durham and was formerly canon theologian of Westminster Abbey. He taught New Testament studies for twenty years at Cambridge, McGill and Oxford Universities. He is the author of dozens of books, including Simply Christian, Surprised by Hope, Evil and the Justice of God, Justification and The Challenge of Jesus.

James M. Scott (DTheol, University of Tübingen) is professor of religious studies at Trinity Western University, British Columbia, Canada. He is the author of Paul and the Nations and Adoption as Sons of God, and is a recognized expert on the topic of exile and restoration in Jewish and Christian perspectives.
