Bauer (PhD, Union Theological Seminary in Virginia) is the Ralph Waldo Beeson Professor of Inductive Biblical Studies and dean of the School of Biblical Interpretation at Asbury Theological Seminary. His numerous books include Inductive Bible Study: A Comprehensive Guide to the Practice of Hermeneutics and Essential Bible Study Tools for Ministry.
