For over three decades, Terry Wireman has specialized in the improvement of maintenance and reliability. As will be shown in this volume, the strategies discussed previously, build the needs foundation for the training requirements. This book discusses the current problems facing maintenance workforces and develops the process to overcome them; begins with a foundation training program that should be required for all skilled trades' personnel; looks at how to develop advanced trade specific training for each of the skilled trades; and considers how to develop equipment specific training that will enable a company to fully utilize their assets.
