Biographie de l'auteur
Kevin F. McCarthy (Ph.D., Sociology, University of Wisconsin) is a senior social scientist at Rand who has led studies on the arts, immigration, and demographic issues. Elizabeth H. Ondaatje (Mater of Philosophy, International Relations, Cambridge University) is a policy analyst at Rand who works on both national security and domestic issues.
