A graduate of Harvard Divinity School, he holds a BA from Duke and MA in journalism from Stanford. A former Peace Corps Volunteer (Nigeria), news reporter, high school teacher, and pastor, he speaks at conferences and retreats around the world and lives in Santa Barbara, CA.
