This reference book covers the most important electronic systems used in nuclear measurements. It begins with discussions of the basic concepts of electronics, providing an excellent introduction for newcomers, or a helpful review for those with some knowledge of electronics. By covering the fundamental methods and concepts of signal analysis, including counting, energy distribution, time distribution, and particle identification, the book provides a basis for the reader on which she or he can more easily and thoroughly understand the actual components of measurement systems.
