Dr. H. Y. Fang is currently Professor Emeritus of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Lehigh University.

John Daniels is the Program Director for the Geomechanics and Geomaterials and Geotechnical Engineering Programs in the Directorate for Engineering, Division of Civil, Mechanical and Manufacturing Innovation at the U.S. National Science Foundation.
