First published in 1921, "Humphrey's District Registry Practice" is regarded as the standard reference dealing with the practice and procedure in the High Court's District Registries, where they relate to proceedings in the Queen's Bench. This new edition includes the changes introduced by the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990, amendments associated with the changes in the Supreme Court Practice, the various changes of designation and new jurisdictional changes.
