"Food and Drink Hygiene" has been rewritten in the light of new regulations made under the Food Safety Act 1990 and some earlier chapters have been deleted but amalgamated in other chapters. There is also a new appendix containing a list of some relevant British Standards. The book consists of 46 chapters, each covering an important practical or legal topic.
