Keith Pugsley worked as a solicitor in the local government legal service with Greater London Council, South Bedfordshire District Council and Dacorum Borough Council, before finishing as Director of Law and Administration.



Ken Miles is a solicitor and was previously a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives. He has held senior legal roles before being appointed as Chief Executive of North Devon Council in 2019.
