À propos de l'auteur

Helmut Anheier is Dean of the Hertie School of Governance and holds a chair of Sociology at Heidelberg University. From 2001 to 2009 he was Professor of Public Policy at UCLA's School of Public Affairs and Centennial Professor at the London School of Economics.
Yudhishthir Raj Isar is Jean Monnet Professor of Cultural Policy Studies at The American University of Paris. He is a former President of Culture Action Europe.
