Colin Marsden lives in Dawlish in Devon. One of the most well-known railway photographers and authors in Britain, spent many years as Modern Traction Editor of The Railway Magazine. He is the author of a number of books including the best-selling annual abc Rail Guide, abc Traction Recognition and abc DMU and EMU Recognition. His latest book is Britain's Scenic Railways: Dawlish.
