Eugene Gibney is a Dubliner, living in Canada, a physician, a lifelong football fanatic, and has a Master of Science degree in Applied Sport and Exercise Science from Staffordshire University in England. Siobhán Gibney is an Italian-Irish-Canadian graduate of Queen s University, Kingston, Canada, and holds a Masters Degree in Political Science from the London School of Economics.
