Associate Professor Ramon Lewis is a lecturer in the School of Educational Studies at La Trobe University, Melbourne. He has researched a range of issues relating to classroom behaviour and, through his books, has equipped teachers to remain calm and deal with inappropriate behaviour. He is the author of Discipline Dilemma, the Adolescent Coping Scale and Coping Scale for Adults, all published by ACER Press.
