Dust jacket has some minor tears and chipping mostly at the tail of the spine but to some extent the head of the spine and at corners. 256 pages. Book has no underlining, no highlighting, no bookplates, no markings, not ex-libras, not a remainder. Dr. Sprinkel passed away August 22, 2009 at age 85; he was a prominent Economist and Reagan Advisor and Chairman of the Council of Economic Advisers under President Ronald Reagan.
