Cathryn O'Sullivan is a consultant in early childhood development. She has worked in a number of areas in the field including as the founding principal of Bloom Early Childhood Centre of Excellence, Jamaica, a laboratory preschool of The University of the West Indies Open Campus; a curriculum developer, researcher, and teacher trainer. She has a Masters of Education in International Education Policy from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor's degree in International Studies and Spanish from Macalester College.
