Synopsis

This beautifully illustrated book portrays the life of Louis G. Gregory, the grandson of freed slaves, who became an internationally known and loved Baha'i. Combining sensitive text and illustrations, this book journeys from his childhood full of hardship, to his illustrious career as a lawyer, to his wholehearted acceptance of the Baha'i Faith and his tireless devotion to spreading its teachings. This is the story of an extraordinary, selfless individual who dedicated his life to helping others "close their eyes to racial differences and behold the reality of humanity."
