Dr. Farid Elashmawi is president of Global Success in San Jose, California. His consulting firm specializes in multicultural management and corporate culture re-engineering. His clients represent top multinational corporations from the U.S., Japan, Korea, China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Egypt. Dr. Elashmawi is frequently invited to speak at international conferences, His articles have appeared in several leading international journals. Dr. Philip R. Harris received his M.S. and Ph.D. in psychology from Fordham University. He is president of Harris International in La Jolla, California, an executive vice president of United Societies in Space, Inc., and an Associate Fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics. He has authored/edited 40 education and management books.
