Stefan L. Hahn is Professor Emeritus and heads a research team at the Warsaw University of Technology, and was Professor and Chairman of the Radiocommunication Department there. He holds an M.S. and Ph. D. in Electronics from the Warsaw University of Technology. He is a senior member of the IEEE, the Polish Academy of Science, and the New York Academy of Science.
