Jeffrey A. Lieberman, M.D., is Professor of Psychiatry, Pharmacology, and Radiology, Vice Chair of Research, and Director of Mental Health, Clinical Research Center, Department of Pychiatry at the University of North Carolina Medical School in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Sandy Ferris is Assistant Director of the Office of Research at the American Psychiatric Association in Washington, D.C.
