Deborah J. Hales, M.D., is Director of the Division of Education at the American Psychiatric Association in Arlington, Virginia. Mark Hyman Rapaport, M.D., is Chairman of the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neurosciences at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Dr. Rapaport holds the Polier Family Chair in Schizophrenia and Related Disorders and is also Vice Chair of the Department of Psychiatry and Professor of Psychiatry at the David Geffen School of Medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Kristen Moeller is Director of Continuing Medical Education at the American Psychiatric Association in Arlington, Virginia.
