Neil M. Yeager, Ed.D., has fifteen years of professional experience as an organizational development consultant. Clients include Coopers & Lybrand and McKinsey & Co. Formerly based at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst where his adult Career Transitions Program won a national award for innovation, he is currently a consultant with the Charter Oak Consulting Group.
