When the city council relieves Tap of his duties and Pepper of her worries, it's time to move on. But Tap can't let things go.

Christy Award winning western author Stephen Bly (1944-2011) published more than 100 fiction and nonfiction books for adults and kids. His last novel, Stuart Brannon's Final Shot, finished by his widow Janet Chester Bly and three sons, was a Selah Award Finalist.
