About the Author Bill Hetzel, Ph.D., is president of Software Quality Engineering and co–director of the Software Practices Research Center. His company organizes the annual international conference on measurement (Applications of Software Measurement) and offers a regular series of seminars on software measurement. He is the author of the best–selling book, The Complete Guide to Software Testing, 2nd Ed. (QED, 1989).
