MICHAEL GENDRON is Vice President and Controller in the Optical Systems Division of Bausch and Lomb Inc. During his ten years with the company, he has been heavily involved in the international planning, acquisition, and management of offshore operations, as well as having divisional responsibilities for the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, China, Canada, and Middle East distribution areas.

The book was obtained from Mr. Foster's estate. The boards are covered with black cloth and have gilt lettering on the spine. Other than the author's signature there is no writing, highlighting, or marginalia on the interior of the book. The book has a blue paper covering with yellow and white lettering. There is some light wear to the edges, a small tear and crease to the upper edge of the rear panel, and the fold from the front, rear panels to their respective flaps at the tips.
