The National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), enacted in 1970, requires federal agencies to analyze the environmental effects of all proposed major Federal actions significantly affecting the quality of the human environment. Previously, she was Visiting Instructor at the University of Illinois College of Law and Natural Resources Law Fellow at the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College. She is the author of numerous articles on environmental law.
