CHARLES J. TEPLITZ is Professor of Operations Management in the School of Business Administration at the University of San Diego. He is also founder and President of Learning Curve Associates, and a much sought-after seminar leader and consultant to major corporations. Dr. Teplitz is widely published with articles in such journals as Management Accounting, Journal of Purchasing and Materials Management, Production and Inventory Control, and many others.
